For example John could walk up to Peter and just shoot him and use the reason "He looked at me funny", this would be an act of RDM. Explain "NLR" and give an example scenario: NLR, New Life Rule, the act of gaining a new life when you spawn. Each time you spawn, you can use the same name etc. However you cannot remember who killed you, and/or where you was before you died, you cannot return to this area. Explain "RDA" and give an example scenario: RDA, Random Arrest, the act of randomly arresting somebody without a valid roleplaying reason. For example John could walk up to Pete and randomly arrest him without a valid roleplaying reason e.g. laughing at him. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming, the act of using out of rp information inside of RP, for example [ISIS] can do a message about a base raid and users can see it and use it to their advantage, this will be a breaking of metagame. Explain how you would handle the following situation: I would speak to the user and thoroughly go through what metagaming is and find a way of preventing them from doing it in future. I would verbally warn them and if they done the same thing again I would warn them and possibly kick them. Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: Explain how you would handle the following situation: I will proceed to follow both stories and find out which one makes more sense. For example I will see if player X tried to randomly kill player Y, so player Y only protected himself. However I would begin by asking for both sides of the stories one by one, each person will get a say. I will find out which option is more believable and is inline with the logs and then begin to pursue the problem. Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: If this was at a peak time, I would bring both players to me and ask them why he killed player X, if he gives an invalid reason I will explain him thoroughly what NLR is and how he can prevent it in future, I will then warn him for NLR and they can return to roleplaying. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I believe I am a very nice and friendly person who knows what they're doing (unlike Flash). I believe I can bring great memes to the server and begin building friendships with everyone. I believe I am very strong and understand players psychiologically and understand what annoys them and what doesn't. For example I would understand that freezing them and gagging/muting them will force them to be annoyed, therefore I will try not to do this. I believe I can be active and become a very good player of the server. I believe that I can build a strong bond between the staff, therefore uniting them and making them stronger as a whole. Over the past few years I've gained 3000+ hours on Garry's Mod, throughout these hours I have learned to Lua works and how to use ULX properly.
